SummerSlam 2015 in Brooklyn sold out

If you’re interested in attending SummerSlam this year there’s some bad news, and even worse news.

The bad news is that the show is officially sold out. The last few remaining tickets which went on sale to the general public yesterday were virtually gone as soon as 10AM hit. WWE sold the majority of the tickets during the pre-sale last week.

The worse news is that while you still can go, it’s going to cost you, a lot. Ticketmaster.com is selling official platinum tickets with the cheapest tickets going for $1,000 for a pair, and up to $2,000 for a pair as well. These tickets don’t go further back than row 6 and the $2,000 ones are in row 1.

SummerSlam will take place from the Barclays Center on Sunday, August 23. Originally the show was scheduled to be held at the Izod Center in East Rutherford, New Jersey, put the arena was shut down in January.
