Tag Team titles unification match changes to six-man tag at Backlash

The Raw and Smackdown Tag Team titles unification match at the upcoming WrestleMania Backlash is now a six-man tag team match.

The change came after a contract signing segment on Smackdown which saw RK-Bro and The Usos brawling until Roman Reigns showed up and The Bloodline destroyed the Raw champs. Reigns tore the contract and shoved it down Riddle’s mouth but former WWE champion Drew McIntyre came out to help the faces and took out The Usos before going one-on-one with Roman Reigns.

After the angle played out, Paul Heyman demanded that the match be changed to a six-man tag match when he confronted Adam Pearce backstage. Initially, Pearce shot down the idea but Heyman told him he’ll go straight to the Board of Directors if he did not agree.
