Tegan Nox tears ACL again, undergoes surgery

Tegan Nox is once again on the sidelines after another ACL tear that will keep her out of the ring for many more months.

Nox already underwent surgery and is now recovering according to Triple H, who broke the news during the conference call with the wrestling media today while promoting NXT Takeover 31.

The Welsh star has already undergone two ACL surgeries, once in 2017 before the Mae Young Classic tournament and then a year later in 2018 when she got injured in the quarter final match of the MYC tournament.

Nox has missed nearly two full years due to ACL problems and will have another lengthy layoff as she recovers from her third surgery.
