TNA’s Hammerstone shows up on NXT

TNA’s Hammerstone made a surprise appearance on NXT last night, answering Oba Femi’s challenge for the NXT North American title.

Hammerstone was picked, and paid off, by Tony D’Angelo to take on the champion, but unfortunately for him, Femi retained the title. This was the former MLW champion first appearance on WWE television.

He was not the only TNA star on NXT last night as Knockouts champion Jordynne Grace also appeared and defended her title in an open challenge, which was accepted by Sol Ruca. The match was cut off by the arrival of TNA’s Rosemary and Wendy Choo, who took down the champion.
