[Spoilers] Top two matches confirmed for NXT Takeover: Chicago II

With well over a month still to go for NXT Takeover: Chicago II, the card started to take shape last night during the NXT television tapings at Full Sail University in Winter Park, Florida.

The top two matches were confirmed while others were teased and quasi-confirmed considering the direction the tapings were going at. The NXT title currently held by Aleister Black will be up for grabs as he wrestles Lars Sullivan and if you thought you’ve seen the last of Gargano vs Ciampa, well, you thought wrong. The two will look to top their amazing match from NXT Takeover: New Orleans as they go one on one again but this time in a street fight match.

While not officially announced, Nikki Cross looks like she will be the one taking on Shayna Baszler at the show for the NXT Women’s title after the former SAnitY member saved the day following a match between Baszler and Dakota Kai.

NXT Takeover: Chicago II takes place from the Allstate Arena on June 16 on the eve of Money In The Bank.
