Tribal Court: The Trial of the Tribal Chief Roman Reigns this Friday on Smackdown

Roman Reigns will be put under trial this coming Friday on Smackdown by The Usos.

“This Friday night at Madison Square Garden, live on Smackdown, we’re putting The Tribal Chief on Trial,” The Usos wrote on Twitter. “After all this time, it’s TRIBAL COURT: THE TRIAL OF THE TRIBAL CHIEF ROMAN REIGNS!”

A few months ago, Roman put Sami Zayn under trial but Zayn managed to come out unscathed despite Paul Heyman putting his best case against the Canadian. It was Jey Uso who then stepped up to defend Sami Zayn after Zayn passed on his own defense. Reigns declared Zayn not guilty “for now” but it only took a few more days until Zayn turned on Reigns at the Royal Rumble.

The segment was a big hit in the ratings as part of the Raw 30th Anniversary celebration broadcast.

The Usos beat Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa at Money In The Bank this past weekend with Jey pinning Reigns after three-and-a-half years without being pinned.
