Tribute to the Troops 2013 to be held at Fort Lewis, Washington

This year’s Tribute to the Troops show from WWE will be taking place at the Joint Base Lewis-McChord at McChord Field in hangars 3 and 4 on Wednesday, December 11, starting at 7PM.

The base is located in Fort Lewis, Washington, and the location is the first time that will be hosting a Tribute to the Troops television taping. While for several years WWE taped the show in Iraq and Afghanistan, starting in 2010 they moved the show to the United States while a few Superstars, Divas, and Vince McMahon visit the troops overseas for additional footage. Last year the show was held at The Scope in Norfolk, Virginia.

Joint Base Lewis-McChord is host to units of the Air Force and the Army.

The show is free for military personnel and their families but tickets are required. Those stationed at the base should see their unit leaders for more information.
