Triple H chooses not to answer questions about McMahon and sexual allegations

Triple H chose to not answer any questions regarding the important development of Vince McMahon resigning from Chairman of TKO Group and the lawsuit during the post-Royal Rumble press conference.

Journalist Jon Alba was the first one to ask Triple H about it and the WWE Chief Content Officer replied saying that he’s going to say exactly what he expected him to do: not comment about it.

“I choose to focus on the positive. And yes, there’s a negative, but I want to focus on the positives and do that,” Triple H said after listing the things WWE did this week.

Brandon Thurston of Wrestlenomics also pushed for an answer asking if he read the lawsuit and Triple H said he did not and they found out about everything in real time as everyone else did and did not want to discuss it after a very successful week for the company.

Another journalist from The Ringer, Cameron Hawkins, asked what WWE is doing to protect its employees and to make sure that they feel safe. Triple H was short in his “generalized answer” and said “everything possible” because it’s very important to them.

Earlier on, Nick Hausman of Haus of Wrestling asked Cody Rhodes about the Vince accusations and Cody said that yes, it was a dark cloud and they read about the accusations when they came out for everyone else. Cody put over Nick Khan and TKO for acting immediately and the roster for looking out for each other.
