Triple H to undergo surgery for torn pectoral muscle

Triple H is going from in the ring to under the knife as the former champion requires surgery to repair a torn pectoral muscle he suffered during the match with Shawn Michaels against The Undertaker and Kane.

WWE.COM confirmed the injury saying that Triple H will undergo surgery as soon as he returns to the United States from Saudi Arabia. Recovery time is unknown as WWE didn’t reveal what grade the tear is and it could be from anywhere from three to six weeks for a partial tear to months for a full tear.
