Two developmental stars get new names ahead of NXT 2.0 launch

Two developmental stars who seem to be part of the upcoming NXT 2.0 launch have gotten new names head of the revamp which starts on Tuesday, September 14.

Bronson Rechsteiner, who is the son of former tag team champion Rick Steiner and nephew of Scott Steiner, has changed his social media names to Rex Steiner. His face was featured in the latest teaser for NXT 2.0 which aired during Smackdown last night.

Another young star, Parker Boudreaux, also changed his Instagram name to Gunnar Harland. The self-proclaimed “destroyer of gods” has a big fan in WWE, someone by the name of Paul Heyman. Boudreaux is often compared to Brock Lesnar due to their similar looks.

WWE filed an application with the United States Patent and Trademark Office to register the name Gunnar Harland on September 7.
