Universal title on the line in a handicap match at Backlash

The WWE Universal title will be defended at the upcoming Backlash pay-per-view as Braun Strowman goes not only against one, but two opponents.

The match, set up last night on Smackdown, will see Storwman defending against former Smackdown Tag Team champions The Miz and John Morrison in a handicap match.

Strowman defeated The Miz on Smackdown and then John Morrison challenged the champ for the handicap match at Backlash. The last handicap match that Strowman was involved in was at Elimination Chamber and lost the Intercontinental title in a three-on-one handicap match which had Sami Zayn, Shinsuke Nakamura, and Cesaro against him.
