Week 1 matches of season two of Mixed Match Challenge announced

The first two matches that will be part of WWE’s Mixed Match Challenge season two premiere on Facebook Watch on September 18 have been announced by WWE.COM.

Unlike last season, each 30-minute episode will feature two matches. Week 1 matches will have Braun Strowman and Alexa Bliss taking on Kevin Owens and Natalya and the second match will be AJ Styles and Charlotte Flair versus Jimmy Uso and Naomi.

New for season two is also the format of the tournament. Instead of the a single elimination tournament, this season will be a round robin-style elimination tournament where all teams will face each other.

The final of the tournament will take place on the day of the TLC pay-per-view in December.
