WWE apologizes for language used during Ball segment

Giving a live microphone to someone who is not used to can be a dangerous move. WWE learned that the hard way last night on Raw when they hosted the Ball family.

During the show, LaMelo, the youngest son of LaVar Ball, had the mic and used a word that is not really welcomed on television. “Beat that” he said, adding the N-word as he laughed. The clip has been removed from all replays and is not part of the segment on the WWE YouTube account.

The Los Angeles Times newspaper reached out to WWE to discuss the segment and the language that was used on the live show. “The inappropriate language used by a guest during the ‘Miz TV’ segment was not scripted nor reflects WWE’s values,” a WWE spokesman told the LA Times.
