WWE executives unload over 75,000 WWE Class A common stock

Several WWE executives sold thousands of company shares on July 22 at $46.26 each according to documents filed with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.

Vince McMahon sold 12,762 shares for a payout of $590,370, leaving him with 69,421 Class A common stock. Stephanie McMahon sold 11,167 shares for a total of $516,585. Stephanie still has 133,897 shares in possession. Triple H sold 10,628 shares for a total of $491,651 and has 134,132 shares remaining.

Brady Blum disposed of 6,735 shares for a total of $311,561 and has 24,364 remaining. Kevin Dunn unloaded 21,809 shares for a $1,008,884 payout and has 103,752 shares remaining. Mark Kowal sold 2,613 shares for a total of $120,877 and has 9,671 shares remaining. Brian Nurse sold 146 shares for $6,753 and has 2,254 left.
