WWE fan passes away during live event in Portland, Maine

A WWE fan who attended the Raw non-televised live event in Portland, Maine yesterday night passed away during the show.

Twitter user @ChunkTV was sitting next to the person who died, saying that after he walked past him in the stands just like everybody else, he “then fell asleep never to be woken up.” The deceased was taking care of a disabled person during the show.

TMZ adds to the story that EMTs were called in and moved the man conduct CPR for around 20 minutes as two matches went by. The incident happened at the beginning of the second match. He was taken to Maine Medical Center but was pronounced dead upon arrival.

“I wish the best for his family and the disabled gentleman he was caring for as well. I can’t believe this is real,” @ChunkTV wrote.
