WWE hires AfterBuzz TV host Catherine Kelly

PWInsider.com is reporting that AfterBuzz TV host Catherine Kelly has wrapped up her duties with the company and has been hired by WWE as an announcer.

Kelly did the last NXT AfterBuzz show on Wednesday and then tweeted her thanks. “Lucky to call this place home the last 4 yrs. To the friends who’ve become family, thank you for letting me do this,” the 27 year old wrote.

Apart from hosting WWE-related shows on Afterbuzz TV, she is also a red carpet interviewer and producer for JUCE TV. AfterBuzz TV is owned by Maria Menounos, who is a big friend of WWE.

It’s not clear when she will start her WWE work or what name she will be using once she debuts.
