WWE in talks to have UFC’s Paige VanZant appear at SummerSlam

PWInsider.com is reporting that WWE is in talks with UFC fighter Paige VanZant to appear at the upcoming SummerSlam pay-per-view, an appearance which would be made possible due to Lesnar already being “loaned” to the UFC for UFC 200 and the “growing” business relationship between WWE and the UFC.

Mike Roberts, VanZant’s manager, confirmed to FOXSports.com that WWE has reached out to inquire about her appearing in some capacity following her successful stint on Dancing With The Stars where she placed second.

The popular 22 year old blonde Oregon native has a 6-2 MMA record and lost her last fight in the UFC in December 2015, a show she main evented with Rose Namajunas.
