WWE officially unveils the WWE Network at CES 2014

WWE officially unveiled the details of the WWE Network yesterday during an event at CES 2014 inside the Wynn Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, Michelle Wilson, Triple H, and WWE Hall of Famers Shawn Michaels, and Stone Cold Steve Austin helped with the presentation.

Launching on February 24, 2014, the WWE Network will be $9.99 a month with a six month subscription plan, streaming scheduled and on-demand programs 24/7. The Network will be available on desktop machines, laptops, Playstation 3 and 4, Xbox 360, Kindle Fire, Roku, iPhone, iPad, and other Android devices.

All the 12 WWE pay-per-views, including WrestleMania XXX, will be part of the subscription plan so basically a six month plan will pay off itself just by having WrestleMania as part of the deal.

For now the Network will only be available to customers in the United States. It is scheduled to launch in the United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong and the Nordics by the end of 2014 or early 2015.

Live programming on WWE Network will begin on Monday, February 24 at 11:06 pm ET with a live post-show immediately following Monday Night Raw.  Video-on-demand programming will be available immediately at 9:00 a.m. ET.
