WWE to hold Superstar Spectacle in Hyderabad, India today

For the first time ever, WWE will be putting on a show in Hyderabad, India tonight as close to 5,000 fans have sold out the G. M. C. Balayogi Indoor Stadium for Superstar Spectacle.

Airing live on Sony Sports Network, Superstar Spectacle is the first live event in India since a show in New Delhi on 9 December, 2017. This is the second Superstar Spectacle after WWE recorded a similar show in 2021 during the pandemic which also aired on television in the country.

As things stand, India is the only country where the show will air, at least live, and it will kick off at 7:30PM IST.

The only three matches announced so far are John Cena and Seth Rollins vs Giovanni Vinci and Ludwig Kaiser, Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn vs Sanga and Veer, and Rhea Ripley vs Natalya for the WWE Women’s World title.

The event is set to showcase the Indian talent currently under contract with WWE.
