WWE’s VP of Global Television Production Michael Mansury gone from the company

PWInsider.com is reporting that Michael Mansury, the WWE Vice President of Global Television Production, has left the company after giving his notice several months ago.

Mansury started his WWE career in 2009 as a Production Assistant and rose through the ranks to become one of the most important people in WWE television. He was promoted to an Associate Producer in 2012 and then a Producer the following year. In 2014, he was giving the Managing Producer title before two years later he was promoted again to VP of Global Television Production.

PWInsider adds that Mansury was seen as the probable replacement of Kevin Dunn when it’s time for Dunn to retire. Mansury was doing most of the directing for WWE television shows and pay-per-views.

This is the second blow for the WWE TV production as Director Kerwin Silfies was also furloughed when WWE did the mass layoffs last month.
